Delivery: Order before Midnight for collection in store from 12 noon the next day. Items will be delivered Monday – Sunday

The Buy & Collect service is available for most, but not all, items online. Please check the individual product page(s) to see whether the item is available for this service.

How To Use Buy & Collect

Place your order online. Order by Midnight and your order will be available to collect in store from 12 noon the following day (please note orders to Northern Ireland and ROI will be available for collection within 48 hours). If you place your order after Midnight, it will be available for collection the day after tomorrow (i.e. an order placed after Midnight on Monday will be available for collection from 12 noon on Wednesday).
We will let you know when your parcel arrives in your chosen store. We will send you a text message and email when your items are ready for collection at your chosen store.
Go to the Buy & Collect desk to pick up your order. When you arrive in store, please go to the Buy & Collect desk to pick up your order. Details of where to find it can be found on our store pages or simply ask a member of staff in store.
IMPORTANT! What to bring when collecting:

Your ready for collection text or ready for collection email
The card that you used to purchase the items, or photographic ID (a driving license or passport).
If your order contains age-restricted product(s) (e.g. alcohol), then you must bring proof of ID. We operate a Think 21 policy in our English, Welsh and Irish stores and a Think 25 policy in our Scottish stores. If you are lucky enough to look under this age, please do not be offended if a member of staff asks you for proof that you are over 18.

Someone Collecting On Your Behalf

If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring the text or email listed above, along with their own ID, to the Buy & Collect desk.

Collect Within 10 Days

We will keep your order at your chosen store for 10 days from the date of delivery to the store.
After this period the items will be returned to our warehouse and you will be issued a refund via your original method of payment.

Price: £3.95 on orders under £50 and FREE when you spend £50 or more*
Delivery: Items will be delivered in 3 – 5 working days (Monday – Saturday from 07:30-21:00)

Includes delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and the British Forces Post Office (BFPO).

Larger items (e.g. furniture) are not available as part of this offer. Please refer to items requiring furniture delivery and special delivery for further details.

Collect+ reserve the right to reject any parcel that does not meet their size requirements,

Collect+ is a service that delivers your order to a local convenience shop. Order before 9pm for collection from 24 hours after your order is placed. Not all products are available for Collect+. Please check individual product pages to see whether the item is available for this service.
With a network of over 6,000 local shops, open from early until late and often 7 days a week, Collect+ allows you to drop off or pick up parcels at a time and place that suits you.

You will receive an email and SMS confirmation between 12 noon and 7pm to let you know that your order is available for collection. (Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands will take a day longer.)

Items will be delivered between 6pm and 9pm the same evening (Monday- Friday).

Need it in a hurry?

Choose to receive your order Monday to Friday, between 6pm and 9pm. Order before 12 noon to receive delivery on the same evening.

Same Evening delivery is only available within the M25 and Birmingham. Please see below for the applicable postcodes.

We are not able to give you a specific delivery time. Same Evening delivery is not available for furniture, large kitchen appliances, large TVs and technology, fresh foods, gift experiences and any items that have specific delivery requirements or are made to measure.
