Returns & Refunds
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
For in store purchases
If you are not happy with your in-store purchase you can return item(s) within 14 days for a full refund to the original payment method used.
For returns after this period but within 28 days, you will be able to exchange the item(s) or be refunded with a gift card to the value of the returned item(s).
For online purchases
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt of your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. You must ensure the products are returned in store or received by our Returns centre within 28 days otherwise your refund may be refused.
If you return your purchase after this period but within 35 days, you will be refunded with a AngelStores eVoucher to the value of the returned items.
If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full.
We may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending it, you may be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) you will need to visit a UK AngelStores store within 28 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges are not possible if items are returned to our eCommerce Returns Centre.
Returns can be made to AngelStores’s eCommerce Returns Centre or, in most cases to, one of our stores. If an item cannot be returned to store we will let you know on your delivery/collection email.
A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods either at our eCommerce Returns Centre or in store. Please note some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. If you are returning your entire order then we will also refund the value of our standard delivery charge.
Any items returned for refund or exchange must be in original/fully resalable condition and any labels intact.
If you choose to return your online purchase to our eCommerce Returns Centre, we require that you return goods via a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage. More information on how to return online purchases can be found in the: How To Return Your Items section.

PayPal Purchases
Note that any item purchased online using PayPal must be returned to our Online Returns Centre in order to receive a refund. If you have made a payment using Paypal, but would like to make a return to a UK store, you will only be offered a Gift Card or exchange for another item of the same value.
Republic of Ireland (Dundrum)
Returns to our Dundrum store within 28 days will be refunded to the original tender with the exception of purchases made by Gift Cards or vouchers which will be refunded with an e-voucher.
Right to Cancel
UK and EU customers have the right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Consumer Contract Regulations 2013”).

How To Return Your Items
Restrictions- AngelStores
- Items purchased with PayPal can only be offered a Gift Card or exchange in store
- Some items must be returned directly to the supplier, please check your Order Receipt for details
- Orders returned to Republic of Ireland store cannot be exchanged or given a Gift Card. eVouchers are available instead
Bring item(s) you wish to return or exchange, your e-receipt, and the payment card used to purchase, into any AngelStores (UK) store – find your nearest store You will find your e-receipt attached to your Order Dispatch email (home delivery) or Ready for Collection email (store delivery). You do not need to print your e-receipt when returning in store, you can display it on your smartphone.
Items which can’t Be Returned
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the following
- AngelStores Gifts Cards & Gift Vouchers
- Unsealed cosmetics
- Unsealed personal grooming products
- Pierced earrings
- Perishable Hampers, food and beverages
- Free items
- Made to measure or personalised items eg made to order furniture
- Unsealed lingerie
- Unsealed Hosiery
- Unsealed mattresses
- Unsealed Swimwear
- Unsealed duvets and pillows
